I acknowledge the following conditions for requesting an approval shipment: The return of the original lots must be made within 24 hours of receipt. The prepaid postage as well as the costs for postal insurance will be reimbursed by me in the form of valid stamps enclosed with the return. The return must be made in the same way the shipment was delivered to me (registered mail, parcel, or express with signature). Original approval shipments that — for any reason — are not returned before the auction day will be considered sold to the requester at one increment above the highest bid, but at least at the estimated price, and will be invoiced accordingly. Most single lots are sealed for security reasons. Opening the seal obligates the buyer to accept the item without exception; only a certified expert is permitted to open the seal for examination purposes. Collections and lots, as well as lots containing mint stamps, can under no circumstances be sent for viewing. We kindly ask you to refrain from inquiries in this regard. Upon request, we can also send photocopies of the lots you are interested in. The cost is €0.30 per copy. For color copies (printed scans), €1.20 per page. Scans by email: the first four pages are free, then €0.30 per page. Please note that lots offered as "bid only" cannot be copied or scanned.
